Host Families

At We Host Louth, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for students. Each of our host families is carefully selected through a rigorous process to ensure they meet the highest standards of care, warmth, and comfort.

We personally interview every host family, visit their homes, and review the student’s potential bedroom, understanding just how important it is for students to feel at ease in their new surroundings. Our screening process also includes Garda vetting, ensuring the safety and reliability that families expect.

To prepare for their role, our host families participate in group meet-ups. These gatherings allow us to share insights, answer questions, and collectively ensure the best possible experience for the students. This collaborative preparation is an invaluable aspect of creating a successful and enjoyable stay.
